The Foss Waterway Seaport offers a number of activities year round “Just for Families.”  These programs combine our extraordinary historic Seaport facility, exploring sea life growing under our docks, and boat-based on-water activities.

Pier Peer in Tacoma is a winter experience offering families an opportunity to explore mysterious marine life forms — including some pretty "alien" looking creatures drawn to underwater lights placed off our docks.

“Whoopee! It’s Wednesday!” – the Seaport’s summer programming for kids 7-11 – offers affordably priced, hands-on maritime, science, history or art related activities that children can engage in with a parent, grandparent or a mentor.  Summer 2012 marks our third year of this exciting program series!
