We offer a wide variety of classes to the public, led by experienced artisans and instructors. Our course offerings range from family craft events to intro-level adult woodworking, to advanced boatbuilding and marine technology. This is a two-day course designed for mariners wanting to gain confidence working on their own engines. Instructed by Meredith Anderson, a USCG-licensed marine engineer, advanced diesel instructor at Seattle Maritime Academy, and regular columnist for 48° North magazine.
Join us on Tuesday evenings in this three-week series to learn the essential skills of carving, offsets, and lofting your own half-hull boat model.
